If you're curious what Celtic living is like, you only need to go to Kincora to find out. It's a fairly new neighbourhood established in 2002.
Kincora was named after the hometown of the famed Irish king Brian Boru. This also explains why the area has a Celtic theme. It's seen in the structures surrounding the neighbourhood including the Kincora tower, stone entry walls, and the lanterns lining the streets.
This neighbourhood is also designed for walking. The walkways lead to various centres either for entertainment or other services.
People can enjoy up to 120 acres of parks and environmental reserve. Kincora is located near the edge of Calgary but it's still bordered by major roads for accessibility.
