Marlborough Park was established in 1972. It's difficult to determine if it is named after the eponymous park in the middle of the neighbourhood or perhaps the park was named after the neighbourhood.
It's so convenient to have the Marlborough Park in the middle of the community. It's where people converge to bond and to be active. The community also has a functional Marlborough Park Community Association building, which houses a gym, meeting rooms, and a park lounge.
Marlborough Park is bordered to the north by the Trans-Canada Highway, which spans all of Canada's 10 provinces. The neighbourhood is also bordered by the tree-lined Memorial Drive to the south. To the east is 68 Street E and 52 Street E is to the west of Marlborough Park.
